Terrell Foundation Repair operates this website as an independent lead generation and referral service. Terrell Foundation Repair does not perform foundation repair work. All foundation repair work referred through this site is performed by independent professional foundation repair contractors, and any structural evaluations are performed by licensed Texas professional engineers, each acting as separate businesses.

No guarantee of work, pricing, or availability

Terrell Foundation Repair does not guarantee the availability, pricing, scope, quality, or timing of any work performed by the independent contractors it refers. Any figures shown on this site, including cost ranges, are general estimates and are not quotes.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this site or the referral of contractors is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
